Web Administration

The CLASSONE® Business Continuity Server can be deployed in three configurations. The choice of configuration will be based on customer specific preference and the size of the agent or user pools that are serviced by BCS. The Web Admin can be used remotely over the web for the management and configuration of the system and distributed deployments are managed as one distributed instance for ease of administration.

Standard

The standard deployment scenarios include a standalone single server instance with a single Avaya AES Server. This deployment scenario is intended for small contact centers and user communities supporting up to 250 agents/users.

High Availablity

The BCS can also be installed as high availability with redundant BCS server instances configured with local failover and single or redundant Avaya AES servers. This deployment scenario is intended for medium contact centers and user communities supporting less than 500 agents/users.

Distributed With DR

The BCS can be installed in a distributed high availability configuration with distributed (n) BCS server instances serving as disaster recovery. In this deployment scenario the BCS can be configured with local failover and single or redundant Avaya AES servers. This deployment scenario is intended for large contact centers and user communities supporting 1,000 plus agents/users. In this configuration, a centralized database location is accessed by all the CLASSONE® BCS server instances. CLASSONE® may be integrated with customer specific CRM (thick or thin) client applications by interfacing to either the desktop or the backend server.
