CLASSONE® solutions are designed using world class communication technology and innovations as ObjectTel continues to maintain the highest quality standards in its products and services. The CLASSONE® applications suite is designed with a focus on ease of use for system operations, administration and maintenance.  ObjectTel offers Technical Support and Professional Services to ensure expert implementation, integration, training, testing and post implementation support.  ObjectTel offers several support options to ensure the solution is supported to the customer’s specific needs.

Technical Support

ObjectTel maintains a Service Support Organization ready to assist you with the CLASSONE® system.  Standard Support is provided via e-mail or telephone during normal business hours.  ObjectTel maintains normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  For problems requiring emergency assistance, Technical Support may be contacted by customers with valid maintenance and support agreements via a dedicated CLASSONE® toll free number 24 hours a day.

Training

ObjectTel offers individualized training and knowledge transfer programs to meet the specific needs for an organization to ensure personnel can operate and administer CLASSONE® solutions for standard business operations.
